Mitchell Wine v. State of Arkansas
From Saline County Circuit Court.
Appellee's petition for writ of certiorari to complete the record and motion to stay the briefing schedule is granted. Writ issued; returnable December 24, 2023. The circuit court is directed to ensure that a court reporter besides Ms. Brittney Ridge completes the record. To that end, the circuit court may contact the Administrative Office of the Courts to employ a substitute court reporter to complete the record.
