IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties hereto, through their respective counsel of record, that the Complaint in the above-entitled matter be dismissed with prejudice as all parties have agreed to submit this case to binding arbitration, and all parties to bear then own costs and attorney's fees.

ORDER

Based on the parties' stipulation [ECF No. 5] and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that THIS ACTION IS DISMISSED with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE THIS CASE.
