Jannol, Spillane Weingarten LLP and Venable, LLP, Respondents-Appellants.


An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 17, 2017, And respondent-appellant Henry N. Jannol having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, and for other relief (M-4426), And respondents-appellants David Bergstein, Graybox, LLC and Iskra Enterprises, LLC, having separately moved for the same relief (M-4779), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied.
