This is an action for damages which was consolidated for trial and purposes of appeal with the suit of Wilson v. Yellow Cab Company of Shreveport, Inc., La. App., 64 So.2d 463.

There appears to be no dispute between the parties as to the quantum of damages allowed this plaintiff.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, as above entitled and numbered, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant's cost.
