ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's July 5, 2017 motion for protective order in which he asks the Court to file certain documents attached to the motion, consider those documents in support of this appeal, and enter a protective order sealing the documents pursuant to rule 76a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court's appellate review is limited to the record upon which the trial court's ruling was based. Young v. Gumfory, 322 S.W.3d 731, 738 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2010, no pet.); Armstrong v. Minshew, 768 S.W.2d 883, 884 (Tex. App.—Dallas 1989, no writ). Accordingly, we DENY appellant's July 5, 2017 motion for protective order.
