Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 23, 2020 (Case No. 2021-00762), which denied defendant-appellant's motion to vacate the judgment of divorce, entered on October 13, 2017; and from an order, same court, entered on or about August 18, 2020 (Case No. 2021-00761), which evicted defendant from certain real property,
And defendant-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of the aforesaid judgment of divorce and the order evicting defendant from certain real property pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
