To clarify this Court's order of November 20, 2024, we ORDER court reporter Sasha Brooks to file the reporter's record for both of these appeals on or before DECEMBER 18, 2024. We caution Ms. Brooks that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in these appeals.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Sasha Brooks, Official Court Reporter, 291st District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
