  1. Cleveland v. Heben

In Cleveland v. Heben (1991), 74 Ohio App.3d 568, 599 N.E.2d 766, this court affirmed the trial court's decision holding an attorney in contempt.

Heben argues, by way of citation to an unreported appellate case, that imprisonment and a fine under the present facts is an abuse of discretion. See State v. Wilson (May 3, 1970), Cuyahoga App. No. 30385, unreported (a portion of which is attached to appellant's brief, Exhibit P). He does not elaborate his position with articulable facts and legal reasoning in his brief. Viewing the facts before us, we cannot say that the court's penalty of $250 was unreasonable under the circumstances.
