ORDER
On January 4, 2016, this Court ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file the clerk's record within fifteen days. To date, the Court has not received the clerk's record, nor has the District Clerk communicated with the Court regarding the failure to file the clerk's record.
Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file the clerk's record in this appeal by FEBRUARY 8, 2016. If the record is not filed by that date, the Court will utilize its available remedies to obtain the record.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and to counsel for all parties.
