ORDER

On January 26, 2016, this court issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether retained counsel would be permitted to withdraw and whether appellant is indigent.

On January 27, 2016, appellant filed a motion notifying the court that appellant's retained counsel was injured in an automobile accident, and LaShawn A. Williams will appear as appellant's counsel of record. Appellant filed a motion to extend time to file his brief due to the change in counsel.

The motion is granted. Our order of January 26, 2016, is withdrawn. The appeal is reinstated. Appellant's brief is due April 4, 2016.
