Wilson v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Jan 27, 1978
354 So. 2d 144 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1978)

Opinion

No. 76-1200.

January 27, 1978.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Polk County; Oliver L. Green, Jr., Judge.

Richard A. Beiley of Bierman, Sonnett, Beiley, Shohat Osman, Miami, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Davis G. Anderson, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

After carefully reviewing the briefs and record on appeal, including the additional issues raised by the substituted attorney for appellant, and hearing oral argument we find appellant has failed to demonstrate any reversible error by abuse of discretion or misapplication of the law by the trial court. Therefore, the judgments and sentences entered January 10, 1978 are

AFFIRMED.

BOARDMAN, C.J., and HOBSON and SCHEB, JJ., concur.
