Appeal, No. 278, Jan. T., 1968, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 1811 of 1966, in case of Robert E. Wilson v. Russell G. Hane and Marian E. Hane, his wife. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before RILEY, J.

Adjudication entered finding for defendant, and plaintiff's exceptions dismissed. Plaintiff appealed.
