SHIRLEY WILSON, Plaintiff Below-Appellant, v. FIRST STATE CONTRACTING, Defendant Below-Appellee. No. 451, 2002 Supreme Court of Delaware. Submitted: October 7, 2002 Decided: November 4, 2002

Before VEASEY, Chief Justice, HOLLAND, and STEELE, Justices.

ORDER

This 4th day of November 2002, after careful consideration of the opening brief and the motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court=s order dated July 10, 2002. The Superior Court did not err in holding that appellant's motion for reargument, which was filed nearly three months after the final order was entered in the case, was untimely and would not be considered.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
