This case is currently set for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On October 20, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Close on the Ground of Duplication (Doc. 6). In the motion, the parties advise that the petition filed in this matter is a duplicate of the petition filed at Docket No. 8752-20. The Court's review of both matters indicates that the parties' motion is accurate, and the Court will dismiss this case on the ground of duplication. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Close on the Ground of Duplication filed on October 20, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 8752-20.
