ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

Review of the record in the above-docketed matter, in particular the Answer to Amended Petition filed October 1, 2021, by respondent, has raised jurisdictional questions as to both the 2017 and 2018 taxable years referenced in the underlying Amended Petition and as to either petitioner.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2021, respondent shall file either: (1) An appropriate jurisdictional motion or appropriate jurisdictional motions addressing each the 2017 and 2018 taxable years and each of the two petitioners; and/or (2) a report establishing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction, again addressing 2017, 2018, and each petitioner, as relevant, and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
