This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance filed September 29, 2023, and heard in Dallas, Texas, on October 30, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar during the Dallas, Texas, trial session that began on that date. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, not later than December 29, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
