This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 23, 2022, where Chicago, Illinois is designated as the place of Trial.

On March 30, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance indicating that this case is susceptible to settlement and therefore the parties request that this case be restored to the general docket.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Joint Motion for Continuance, filed March 30, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the May 23, 2022, Chicago, Illinois trial calendar and this case is continued generally. 1
