On December 27, 2021, petitioner filed the petition in this case, to which she attached an undated copy of the notice of deficiency issued to her. On March 22, 2022, respondent filed the Answer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a dated copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner upon which this case is based.
