Opinion

No. 1D06-1255.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari — Original Jurisdiction.

Matthew Wilsky, pro se, Petitioner.

Charlie Crist, Attorney General, Tallahassee; Rosa Carson, General Counsel, and Beverly Brewster, Assistant General Counsel, Florida Department of Corrections, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Consistent with the Attorney General's concession of error under Schmidt v. Crusoe, 878 So.2d 361 (Fla. 2003), we grant the petition for writ of certiorari, quash the lower court's orders in this case, and remand for further proceedings on the merits of the petition for writ of mandamus.
