This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 6, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina Trial Session.

On June 13, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. On July 12, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2018. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed June 13, 2022, is denied as moot.
