Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time in which to perfect the appeals taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about May 20, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, Sua sponte, the appeals are consolidated and appellant is directed to perfect the appeals upon 10 copies of one record and one set of appellant's points covering the appeals, and It is further ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the October 2017 Term.
