This case for a redetermination of deficiencies is before the Court on petitioner's motion for continuance, filed February 25, 2023, and heard on March 27, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in Denver, Colorado. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted, in that this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before April 26, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
