MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellants filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's order granting appellee The State of Texas's plea to the jurisdiction. In response to our letter stating the filing fee is due, appellants sent the Court a letter in which they state the above appeal is interlocutory because there are parties and claims not yet disposed. Appellants did not tender the filing fee for the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
