JUDGMENT


In accordance with the order entered on this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that plaintiff be awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $1,175.00 under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, representing compensation for 9.4 hours of legal work by her attorney at the prevailing market rate of $125.00 per hour.

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) and dated April 6, 2001 is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
