On appeal from an order in bankruptcy of the District Court for the Southern District of New York, denying the application of a bondholder of a corporation reorganized under Section 77, sub. b of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205, sub. b, for an order reopening the proceedings to permit the exchange of the applicant's bonds for securities of the successor corporation after the expiration of the bar date fixed in the final decree entered in the reorganization proceedings.
