An Appeal conducted pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967) from the Circuit Court for Monroe County, William R. Ptomey, Sr. Judge. Lower Tribunal No. 98-59.

Roger Williamson, in proper person. Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General and Douglas J. Glaid (Fort Lauderdale), Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and LEVY and GODERICH, JJ.


The order under review revoking the defendant's probation is affirmed, but the cause is remanded for filing of a written order to that effect.
