ORDER
THIS MATTER comes before the Court regarding its Memorandum Opinion and Order, filed March 28, 2006 (Doc. 27). In that Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court dismissed all of Plaintiff Nancy Williamson's remaining claims with prejudice except for her Fourth Amendment Bivens claim. The Court dismissed Williamson's Fourth Amendment Bivens claim without prejudice and allowed her to file an amended complaint detailing the factual basis of her Fourth Amendment claim and the property held by her which has been subject to the allegedly illegal search and seizure. The Court did not, at that time, set a date certain for Williamson to file an amended complaint. The Court will require Williamson to file an amended complaint within ten days of the entry of the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order.
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Nancy Williamson must file any amended complaint, detailing the factual basis of her Fourth Amendment claim and the property held by her which has been subject to the allegedly illegal search and seizure, within ten days of the entry of the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order.
