ANTHONY WILLIAMSON & CYMONE WILLIAMSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served April 5, 2022, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. To date, petitioners have not complied with that Order.

However, on April 25, 2022, the Court filed a Letter by petitioners dated April 15, 2022. Therein, petitioners advise that the Petition was filed in error and state that they do not wish to proceed with this case.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioners do not intend to pay the Court's filing fee in this case, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Letter is recharacterized as petitioners' Status Report. It is further ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
