[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION
REQUESTING TO CONTINUE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Pursuant to the parties' Stipulation Requesting to Continue Case Management Conference, and good cause so appearing, the case management conference currently scheduled for October 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., is hereby continued to a date 30 days after the Court has issued a ruling on Apple's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. The last day for the parties to submit their Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f) report, initial disclosures and joint case management statement is hereby continued until 7 days prior to the case management conference.
The court Will re-schedule the Case Management Conference in the order addressing Apple's Motion to Dismiss.
