Judgment reversed upon the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to abide the event. The trial court committed prejudicial error in its rulings upon the evidence, more particularly at folios 79-85, 105, 111, 112, 116, 129, 350, 423 and 508. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
