MEMORANDUM OPINION


On August 6, 2004, this Court requested that appellant file a letter brief explaining how this Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. Appellants timely filed a letter brief and conceded that this Court does not have jurisdiction over this appeal. We agree.

Therefore, on the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of jurisdiction. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(a).
