Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London at Norwich and referred to Hon. Eli L. Cramer, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, Mihalakos, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to modify the order of support, granted the defendant's motion for contempt and attorney's fees, ordered the defendant to make certain payments and denied the plaintiff's requests for tuition payments, and the defendant appealed and the plaintiff cross appealed to this court; subsequently, the defendant withdrew his appeal. Affirmed.
