Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Norman M. Dube, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, F. Freedman, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to find the defendant in contempt and for certain other relief, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
