KENYADA RAH'JEE WILLIAMS, Appellant, v. BRIAN WILLIAMS, WARDEN, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Kenyada Rah'jee Williams appeals from an order of the district court denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on June 6, 2018. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Linda Marie Bell, Chief Judge.

Williams claimed the Nevada Department of Corrections was improperly declining to apply his statutory credits toward his minimum terms. The district court found Williams had been convicted of transport of a controlled substance and ownership or possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, category B felonies, see NRS 202.360(1); NRS 453.321(2), for crimes committed in 2014, and, therefore, he was not entitled to have his statutory credits applied to his minimum term. Substantial evidence supports the district court's findings, and we conclude the district court did not err by denying Williams' petition. See NRS 209.4465(8)(d). Accordingly, we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
