MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Justice Bridges
By letter dated February 17, 2012, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed us appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with either verification she has paid for the clerk's record or written documentation she is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(c). To date, appellant has neither provided payment verification or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.
Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
