MEMORANDUM/ORDER


Currently before the court is Charles Williams' Motion for Summary Judgment. Mr. Williams was asked by the United States Marshal Service to complete form USM 285, which requires that he provide the names and addresses of the defendants to be served. Mr. Williams has now complied with this request, but the Marshal Service has not yet served the defendants. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Mr. Williams's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Mr. Williams may file a new Motion for Summary Judgment once the complaint has been properly served on the defendant.
