Pending is the State's motion to publish and to change the designation of the opinion issued by this Court on March 30, 2016, in which we affirmed the conviction in cause number 05-15-00336-CR/F11-49252-V, vacated the conviction in 05-15-00337-CR/F11-49253-V, and remanded that cause to the trial court for dismissal of the indictment. See Williams v. State, Nos 05-15-00336-CR & No. 05-15-00337-CR, 2016 WL 1253490 (Tex. App.—Dallas March 30, 2016, no pet.) (mem. op., not designated for publication). The motion is DENIED.
