MARCUS DEWAYNE WILLIAMS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 265th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F13-35320-R

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On March 28, 2016, we denied appellant's motion to supplement the record and ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief had not been filed. On March 30, 2016, appellant filed his brief, together with an extension motion. Therefore, findings are no longer necessary and we VACATE the March 28, 2016 only to the extent it requires findings.

We GRANT the March 30, 2016 extension motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.
