Opinion Filed June 7, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F03-72556-TH. Dismiss.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Clinton Derek Williams pleaded guilty to forgery. Pursuant to the plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at 180 days' confinement in a state jail and a $1500 fine. The trial court's certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
