ANTHONY B. WILLIAMS Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 5D13-1567; 2013-CA-4569

Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated February 25, 2014, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Campbell v. State, 125 So. 3d 733 (Fla. 2013). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2). LABARGA, C.J., and QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
