After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


The Alabama Supreme Court, in Ex parte Williams, 780 So.2d 673 (Ala. 2000), reversed Thijuan Williams's conviction and remanded the case to this Court. This cause is now due to be, and it is hereby, remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
