Subsequent to the filing of an Anders brief by the office of the Public Defender, Appellant filed a "Motion for Extension — Points on Appeal Pro Se." We affirm without prejudice to appellant to pursue his claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel by way of Rule 3.850 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.
