Williams v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 20, 1995
659 So. 2d 366 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 93-3780.

June 20, 1995.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Columbia County; Paul Bryan, Judge.

Steven L. Seliger of Garcia and Seliger, Quincy, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Daniel A. David, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

We review an appeal from Williams' convictions and sentencing for burglary and grand theft. We affirm on all but one of the issues raised by the appellant. The trial court erred by ordering that the individual sentences be served consecutively. We reverse the consecutive sentences and remand for imposition of concurrent habitual felony offender sentences. Goshay v. State, 646 So.2d 213, 214 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994).

ERVIN, MINER and WOLF, JJ., concur.
