Williams v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Sep 2, 1988
530 So. 2d 492 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1988)

Opinion

No. 86-3199.

September 2, 1988.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Sarasota County; Stephen L. Dakan, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender and D.P. Chanco, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Robert J. Landry, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

Counsel raises nine points on appeal. We find all but one point to be frivolous, and that one to be without merit. We therefore affirm the convictions and sentences of the appellant.

AFFIRMED.

SCHEB, A.C.J., and HALL and THREADGILL, JJ., concur.
