Opinion
No. 87-1228.
July 19, 1988.
An Appeal conducted pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Arthur I. Snyder, Judge.
Norman Williams, in pro per.
Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., for appellee.
Before HUBBART, NESBITT and DANIEL S. PEARSON, JJ.
The trial court's written order finding that the defendant violated condition number 10 of probation by failing to pay the cost of supervision does not conform to the court's oral finding. Therefore, the trial court is directed to modify the written order by striking this finding. Roberts v. State, 512 So.2d 286 (Fla. 3d DCA 1987). As modified, the order is
Affirmed.
