BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. This dismissal is without prejudice to timely file a sworn petition for belated appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).

The Public Defender is relieved of further responsibilities in the appeal of the judgment and sentence in case 2010–CF–189 until such time as she may be appointed again.
