ORDER

PER CURIAM

On January 10, 2024, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals issued an opinion that reversed the judgment of this court and remanded the cause to address appellant's remaining points of error. On March 27, 2024, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals issued its mandate, remanding the cause to this court. On March 30, 2024, appellant's new counsel filed a motion for leave to file a supplemental brief on remand. We granted the motion and allowed the parties to file supplemental briefing. The parties have now filed their supplemental briefs.

We set this cause for formal submission ON BRIEFS ONLY before this Court on September 3, 2024 before a panel consisting of Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Beth Watkins, and Justice Liza A. Rodriguez.
