ORDER

Appellant, Demontae LaVon Williams, filed a "Motion for Abatement" and "Secon Motion for Abatement" of his appeal because certain "digital exhibits are checked out for the co defendant's trial." The record reflects that the requested exhibits have been submitted to th Court.

Accordingly, appellant's motions to abate are denied. Appellant's attorney is directed t contact the Clerk of this Court to make arrangements to review the exhibits.

Appellant's brief is due within thirty days of the date of this order.
