The clerk's record filed May 8, 2024, is incomplete because it does not include the jury charges and verdicts from the guilt and punishment stages of the trial. We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file on or before MAY 24, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charges and verdicts from the guilt and punishment stages of the trial. If the jury charges and verdicts have not been filed with the district clerk, then the district clerk shall file a written statement with this Court that the jury charges and verdicts have not been filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
