Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we GRANT the April 5, 2023 motion of Juanita Edgecomb for leave to withdraw as appointed counsel for appellant in this appeal. We DENY appellant's motion to abate the appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Juanita Edgecomb as counsel of record for appellant.
